Season Championship Ends with Mixed Emotions

On September 4th, the final points night of the Knoxville Championship Cup, proved disappointing for the #49 car as after a superb 2nd place heat race finish, Josh would be heading for another top 5 finish when the rear end in the mighty mount failed and caused him to slow and bring out a caution on lap 16 of the 25 lap event.  Sure Josh is dejected, but certain things are not predictable and he is still truly grateful for the outstanding season, pulling out an 8th place points finish for the year.

Jarrod was primed for action as well with a 6th place heat race finish and a 15th place feature finish.  Only good things are ahead in 2011 for the dynamic young driver!

A New Decade Begins

Deuce Motorsports has been in existence since 1985.  Racing for the most part at tracks in Southeastern Iowa, Northern Missouri and West Central Illinois, the team has also ventured to Little Rock, Arkansas for the I-30 Speedway Short Track Nationals.  Most notably, the team has been traveling to Knoxville Raceway for the last several years and following the Ideal Ready Mix Sprint Invaders with their traveling series since 2002.
